Japanese Green Tea

It is an original creation and the same taste is acheived year after year through hard work and dedication. The Gold label Yame City tea is named "Oimatsu" by the family meaning "old pine tree". It is a tea for those days when only the best will do. This is a frequent gift and pairs wonderfully with a Japanese lacquer tray.

Remember: Keep the temperature low (160-180 degrees), and steep for only 1 or 2 minutes. Japan Sencha has a great lingering aftertaste. The second infusion (1-2 min.) is also delicious.
